Where your data runs
Housio runs on trusted European infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, automatically backed up and processed in line with GDPR.
Sub-processors
Housio does not sell your data. To run the service it relies only on these vetted processors, each under a data processing agreement:
Supabase
Database, authentication and file storage
Vercel
Hosting of the Housio website and app
Stripe
Subscription payment processing
Resend
Sending operational e-mails (notifications)
Sentry
Error tracking and app stability
Primary data storage is in the EU. Some processors may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in line with GDPR.
We don't share or sell
We never sell your data or your tenants' personal data, nor share it for third parties' own purposes. We use it solely to run the service, and only via the infrastructure processors listed above, bound by contract.
